By entering your login, password and clicking the “I Agree” button you are entering into an electronic contract with NCX, Inc. to provide you with Accelerated Internet Access via The Propel Accelerator/NCX Edition at a cost of $4.95/month and will be billed according to your current interval period (monthly / quarterly / yearly / etc). (following the 7-day FREE TRIAL). This contract is solely for Propel Accelerator/NCX Edition and all other costs are your responsibility, including dial-up access fees, long distance telephone charges (please check the number you are dialing to ensure that it is a local call), and any other charges not related to The Propel Accelerator/NCX Edition.
The 7-day FREE TRIAL commences on the day that you sign-up and click the "I Agree" button below. The FREE TRIAL may be canceled anytime during the 7 days and no charges will be issued. On the 8th day, if you have not canceled, you will be charged $4.95/month and will be billed according to your current interval period (monthly / quarterly / yearly / etc.) until the service is canceled.
